This summer I'm helping a large number of your neighbors, coworkers and friends in Austin and surrounding areas receive new roofs from their insurance companies because of hail damage they sustained on May15th, 2008. Homeowners sustained damage to their shingles and roof vents.  As your personal roofing specialist I will walk you through the storm damage claims process.

The process starts with a free 10 point hail inspection. I thoroughly inspect the exterior of your home for hail and wind damage. The inspection includes your roof, your vents, your air conditioner, your screens, your siding, gutters and much more.

If I find storm damage to your home I will sit down with you and we will call your insurance company and help you file your hail damage claim.

Once the claim is filed your insurance company will send an adjuster to your house to inspect the damage and offer an estimate. I will meet with your adjuster and work with them in order to get all of your hail damage properly assessed.

Once your insurance company approves the damages, I will assist in revising your estimate, if needed, and file any supplements on your behalf.

I will answer any questions you may have about upgrading your roof or other areas approved for repair. Many of my customers are able to upgrade their new roof for very little or no out of pocket expenses.
